About us

A clinical courier, built compliance-first

Vitalis MedCourier is being built to move the specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, and equipment that patient care depends on — with an unbroken chain of custody and cold-chain control. We are launching in Charlotte; a route assessment is the front door.

Our mission

To be the courier a lab director and a compliance officer both trust without a second thought — moving clinical material on time, in range, and in custody, so a result is never lost to a broken chain or a blown temperature window.

Who runs your routes

O

Operations & Dispatch

Charlotte dispatch

The dispatch desk we are building will own every run end-to-end — matching couriers to credentials, watching SLA clocks, and escalating excursions before they become rejected samples.

C

Credentialed Courier Corps

Drivers

Every Vitalis courier will carry current HIPAA and bloodborne-pathogen training, with cold-chain and dry-ice certification tracked per person and enforced at assignment. Credentialing is a launch gate, not an afterthought.

C

Compliance & Quality

BAA, SOPs, incident review

Owns the chain-of-custody record, temperature SOPs, and incident root-cause reviews — the controls a lab director and a compliance officer both need before they sign off on a vendor.

Where we are

  1. The premise

Built for clinical, not general freight

Vitalis starts from one premise: a medical courier is a compliance product, not a delivery app. Custody, cold-chain, and STAT dispatch are built in from day one.

  2. Charlotte launch

    Home base, corner to corner

We are standing up in Charlotte and mapping routes across the metro. Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Matthews, Huntersville, Pineville, and Rock Hill are our initial assessment area — the places we are scoping routes in, not active coverage.

  3. What’s next

    Earn the chain of custody

As we launch, we are scoping routes with Charlotte-area labs, hospitals, pharmacies, and blood banks. We do not yet claim signed clients or executed BAAs — a route assessment is where it starts.

What we value

Custody is sacred

Every transfer is built to be signed, sealed, timestamped, and GPS-stamped. No silent gaps.

On time, in range

The platform tracks SLA clocks and stability windows so at-risk moves are caught early.

Minimum-necessary PHI

We carry only what a run requires; identifiers are masked by default and access is audited.

Own the outcome

A run isn’t done until it’s delivered, logged, and in range. We escalate, we don’t hide.
