VitalisBUSINESS COURIER

Documents and interoffice transfers, handled with accountability.

A governed courier line for professional-services organizations moving documents, records, and interoffice materials that need a documented handoff.

Route assessments available for Charlotte-area organizations. General business-courier activation is subject to North Carolina courier licensing review.

What Vitalis Business moves

Cargo scope is confirmed during a route assessment and is subject to the reviews below — nothing here is a guarantee of service.

  • Time-sensitive documents and signed agreements
  • Interoffice and location-to-location transfers
  • Permit packages, closing packages, and records

Before activation

  • · North Carolina courier-licensing verification
  • · Insurance & scope review
  • · Operational clearance

What Vitalis does not carry

Vitalis is a specialty courier, not a general or consumer-parcel carrier. To keep every route accountable, these are out of scope and are not accepted through a route assessment:

  • Restaurant, grocery, or consumer parcel delivery
  • Furniture delivery or household moving
  • General freight
  • Alcohol, firearms, or controlled substances
  • Cash transport or high-value jewelry
  • Hazardous chemicals or hazardous materials
  • Passengers or live animals
  • Unclassified biological materials
  • Anything submitted without cargo disclosure

How an approved route is documented

Vitalis runs on one governed platform. Each route follows a defined, recorded process — so a facility always knows where a handoff stands and who is accountable for it.

Illustrative workflow · example, not a live shipment
  1. 01

    Request received

A facility submits a route assessment — no patient information.

  2. 02

    Scope reviewed

Origins, destinations, windows, and item types are scoped in writing.

  3. 03

    Route approved

A route and terms are agreed; activation waits on required review.

  4. 04

    Pickup recorded

The platform is designed to log each pickup with a responsible courier.

  5. 05

    Handoff recorded

Each transfer is designed to be recorded end to end.

  6. 06

    Delivery confirmed

Delivery and recipient confirmation are designed to close the record.

Service activation follows scope, onboarding, insurance, legal, and operational review.
