- Coverage starts at $2,500/month — the minimum for an approved, bounded engagement — scoped to your facility’s routes: distance, stops, frequency, and handling. Your exact monthly cost is set in a scoped proposal after a route assessment, before any commitment.
- Can I book a pickup or start service right now?
- Not yet. Vitalis is standing up its Charlotte medical-courier service, so today the front door is a route assessment — we scope the route before we promise anything. A route assessment needs no patient information.
- Is there a contract or minimum?
- Terms are set in the proposal that follows your assessment. We do not state contract or minimum terms here because they are scoped per facility, not published as a standing offer.
- What about one-off or overflow moves?
- Custom, overflow, and one-off work is quoted separately from the monthly coverage plans. Ask during your assessment and we will scope it.
